Common questions

How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign up, pick a plan, enter your card details. We won't charge anything for 14 days. On day 14, your card is charged for the first month (or year, if you picked annual). You can cancel any time before day 14 with no charge.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, instantly. Upgrade and you're on the new tier within seconds (prorated for the rest of your billing period). Downgrade applies at your next renewal date — you keep what you paid for.
What if I need more than 500 WhatsApp messages a month?
Solo includes 500 utility messages a month, Group includes 3,000. Above that, you pay a small overage per 1,000 — transparent, billed with your subscription. Most solo clinics never exceed 500.
I'm in Malaysia and need MyInvois compliance.
MyInvois e-invoicing is on the roadmap as a RM 99/month add-on for MY clinics — coming soon, not live yet. The schema and LHDN auth path are already in place; the merchant-facing flow ships once the first MY clinic is ready to onboard. In the meantime you can issue receipts in MYR with the regular receipt generator.
Do you migrate my existing data?
For pilot clinics we offer done-for-you migration as a one-time service (RM 1,500 / S$500 / HK$3,000). Most clinics start with new bookings only — your existing records stay as historical archive, Opstara Tech takes over from your next appointment.
What if my card fails on day 14?
We email you, retry the charge over the next few days, and pause your subscription until it succeeds. Your data stays intact — nothing is deleted while you sort it out.
